  • I’m a newbie here and I’m coming to the end of my first fast day. I got the book through the post today and I’ve read it from cover to cover (part of occupying myself to distract me from hunger!). I did 3 small meals but from what I’ve read, I might benefit more from having two meals at approx 250 calories each. I’ll give it a go anyway.

    Hi! I chop and change- at the moment I’m only doing a small evening meal because I drink white coffees all day. I haven’t been able to make the switch to black… Anyway, I do find the intense hunger goes after a few fasting days. (I tend to lapse so need to re-start every so often!)
