I’ve been back home for about a year now, and in that time I’ve put on a fair bit of weight – it’s pretty depressing. I’ve also got a health thing that makes losing weight a real pain, but I thought I’d give this a go again (it’s the best and only real diet plan I’ve tried so far!)
I’ve been going for around a month and managed to lose 9 pounds! I’m pretty impressed with it anyway, but my problem seems to be that my weight has more ups and downs than a yoyo. It’s only early days though, so maybe it’ll sort itself out! 🙂
Anyway here’s hoping it works better than last time (Uni got in the way a bit) and at least I’ll have people to talk about my (hopeful) weight loss with on here!! 😀
