  • Nearly 11am and I haven’t eaten anything since about 6.30 last night. Didn’t feel as bad as I did the first day I extended my breakfast. Am going to make my morning black coffee ( I only have one large filtered coffee a day) and have some raspberries and cottage cheese 132cals.

I too have thrown away some big trousers and put back some that now fit. It’s a Great feeling and even though I still have a way to go I already feel thin. The mind is a powerful tool!!!!

good morning. interesting to read how big clothes are being thrown away. I have in my possession clothes ranging in size from 14 through to 20. I threw out the 12’s a year ago having not been able to wear them for years!! All out of trend now, so if I DO get down to 12’s again I will get new ones, but realistically I think that big a weight loss would be too much at my age…where would all that extra skin go?? I would be happy to be 14 or 16 depending on style. Today I have an afternoon of dancing coming up, should be fun and good exercise. there will be afternoon tea but today is not a fast day so if I make sensible choices all should be good. Anyone in the New England area of NSW?

Intesha, it’s just after 10 in Perth and my stomach’s rumbling. I try to hold out until about 2pm but I don’t think I’ll make it today. I’m waiting for it to warm up a bit before going for a walk. I’ve tried black coffee but just can’t handle it. Glad you feel thin.

JB68, I think you’re right to set small goals and keep re-assessing. You haven’t entered a profile but if Jaybee68 is any clue to your age (either being 68 or born that year), I don’t believe there’s any reason you can’t get down to any ideal weight you desire. If you’d have told me this time last year that I’d be 63kgs today, I’d have just laughed. I’m betting I’m 12 years older than you. Enjoy the dancing, that’s always fun.

thin, I will be 70 this year…the 68 was the age I was at when I first joined up here back in 2013. I lose weight off my face first and look pretty awful when all the wrinkles sag down my neck. Need to stand on my head ๐Ÿ˜€

Oh and the dance afternoon was great fun! My feet are killing me though

Well, I’m realising that any impulse to eat the wrong thing really does mostly happen when I’m tired. That statement someone made about craving sugar when you’re tired means your body is telling you to sleep, has really stuck with me and is making more and more sense.

I’ve been getting better at going places and eating OK, but Saturday night at our family gathering I was much tireder than I usually am when I go out, given that I’m tired a lot of the time anyway. In fact, usually I wouldn’t have gone out at the level of tiredness I had, but a niece had made a special long trip to see us all, so I went. I ate more than at a normal meal, but I tried to keep it reasonably healthy, but yep, ate some olive bread, and my SIL had made a pie that was just like my deceased MIL’s which we all loved so I had some of that, and so on. I do get ‘tired’ of my own behaviour sometimes.

Still, it’s fast day again tomorrow, so I start all over again ๐Ÿ™‚ Slept till nearly midday, and up too late tonight and have to be up reasonably early in the morning.

When I changed a size and did some clothes stuff, loved getting new undies in the new size,

I also like driving, and can drive a way to do a meetup, but not for another few weeks, till I’m back on top energy wise.
    Cheers
    Merry

Merry, cheer up. I think that goes for all of us. Being tired impairs our brain and makes us regret things afterwards. But as we are constantly being told by our forum buddies who have being going this for awhile, tomorrow is another day and you also have health issues to contend with as well. Thank you for your honesty because by hearing other people’s challenges it makes all of us that fall off the wagon feel more human and determined.

I have my daughter and grandchildren arriving from the UK in five weeks, so if we don’t get a chance for a meet before then it will have to be sometime September.

Hope you have a good day.

Thanks Merry and Thin. I have been trying to reason with myself that it is okay to have some treats on feast days (otherwise it is a permanent diet). I think I am just so impatient to get to my goal weight that I am a bit had on myself lol.

I hope all who fasted yesterday had a good day.

I am fasting today. Looking forward to my chicken salad tonight but not hungry at the moment (although it is only 9:30am!) Got lots to do around the house so will keep busy and active.

All the best to those who are fasting today.

Hi guys! It’s been a while since I have been on here, have had a mad couple of weeks since getting away to Stewart Island for the weekend, been sick, flooded, frozen and have been pretty liberal foodwise, so getting back on track with a FD today ๐Ÿ™‚

Dunedinites – did I miss the coffee or is it going to be this weekend? I saw somewhere the 20th, but just not too sure. I’d def be keen to come along if I haven’t missed it already.

Morning All (from sunny Perth). Yes, finally home. FD today, so hitting the ground running! So, to the scales…..left at 63.3, today 65.9 after 3 weeks. Not tooooo bad, considering all the booze, food, carbs, as well as no FDs. Had a great time & didn’t deny myself anything at all. Felt really empowered, knowing what we all know now about 5:2. Probably made more unconscious good choices though. Back to it today. Have a great week guys. Happy FD for those fasting. Onward & downward. CM xx

Great to have to you back CM. Pleased you had a wonderful time. Good job with the scales too! I didn’t meet your challenge (maybe I could extend it until my official weigh-in day on Thursday?) but I am excited to have reached a new PB at 63.3kgs. I hoped the scales might dip into 62.9 after an hour on the treadmill but the number remained stubbonly the same. Tried again after shower, jumping up and down, moving them to a different place on the floor…..

Welcome back nads, you’ve been missed too. Sorry your absence wasn’t quite so much fun. There was mention of a Dunedin coffee on 20th and then an impulse offer this past weekend so hope you guys can work it out. We’ll have to send out a search party for AC, MK88, transcend, turnabout, etc.

JB68: annoying isn’t it to lose several kilos and have someone come up and let you know they can tell you’ve lost weight from your FACE. Keep dancing!

EA: absolutely right. Enjoy yourself! The longer you do this, the less blips along the way. Good luck today to all fasters including you Merry.

Hi CM. Welcome back. Glad to see you had a good time and hardly put on any weight. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Bay

My first serious fast day in a while. Floors vacuumed, tiled floors scrubbed, and bathrooms cleaned. Now off to pick up two grand children for the afternoon. Very grey day here! I really admire NH people who can live with grey skies for months. I think I would be depressed. And therefore very prone to nibble. So far so good, no breakfast except black coffee. Only four fresh strawberries, water and a few raw Brazil nuts eaten for lunch.

Confession time. I only added 2 kg over last 3 weeks of regular treats. However, 3 cm were added to both waist and hips. And worst of all, 3 cm added to upper arms. Slight bingo wings, aka chicken wings are back. Aargh! It really looks as if sugar and grains in food is a combo just waiting to be stacked away for the coming famine. Ah well, we know what to do. ๐Ÿ˜ฅ

    Cheers, Bay

Hi Bay, what led you to abandon ‘serious’ FDs for 3 weeks? And what did those non-serious FDs look like? Very curious to learn from you as I’m so close to ‘maintenance’ – I know I’ve been saying that for weeks now…

At least you are back on track now Bay and sounds like a very active morning. Well done.

Welcome back CM. I hope you had a wonderful time and you hardly put on any weight and didn’t hold back on holiday. Sounds great to me.

All the best for your fast day today Nads. It sounds like you have had quite an eventful few weeks. I hope everything has settled down for you now.

Well the toddler has woken up so I had better serve lunch. Nothing for me until dinner time tonight.

    Hi Thin

Probably complacency. ๐Ÿ™„ I was at my mothers house without my scales, plus she has lots of nibbles. I do not binge eat or drink. Rather it is the sweet treat type of food that puts the padding on my bones, and calls out to me from the fridge or the cupboard. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I fasted one day a week while away in a normal way. Black coffee, poached Egg and spinach for breakfast, hearty vegetable soup and Parmesan for dinner, with Brazil nuts for nibbles. Lots of water.

A serious fast for me means nothing to eat for at least 17 hours, usually longer, black coffee only for breakfast, then a tiny nibble of nuts and a few berries at one time through the day, if I can’t last to dinner. Then steamed greens and poached egg for dinner or else soup. Nothing with sugars or gluten or grains in it.

A serious fast would be 300-400 calories, with no starches or grains or processed food of any type. Most likely 1-2 bowls of a clear home made vegetable soup with a tiny amount of Parmesan.

When I lost my chicken wings and the padding from my stomach and hips, I had been on a strict regimen of GF food on both fast and non fast days for many weeks. My only sweet things were berries or pear on a non fast day.

    Cheers, Bay ๐Ÿ™‚

Bay, I forgot that you’d been to Brisbane to visit your mother. I thought you meant you’d been slacking off but, on the contrary, you’ve been working hard at it. Ah well, as you say, we know what to do, here comes the famine. Hearty veg. soup has given me a nice idea for dinner tonight. ๐Ÿ˜†

(Apart from the fact that it is winter) but is it just me or do others feel cold when fasting. I mean unusually cold? Cheers

EA – I feel the cold to a certain degree on chilly fast days, but one of my colleagues has remarked on it particularly. But I don’t stint myself on hot teas and coffees when I feel the need.

hi all im adrian.. very new to this at tbh rather excited yet nervous.just reading through some of the posts about some amazing results!!! im 41yrs old have battled weight all my life done all the regular diets, shakes, and potions… im 172cm tall and weigh in at 106kg. looking forward to a healthier me!!

Hi Adrian. A warm welcome to you. Congratulations on making a start today. Please let us know how your first FD went and anything else you’d like to reveal! Don’t be nervous, we’re all here to help each other.

I feel cold on fast days. I have hot water with lemon in it, or weak tea, or clear home made vegetable soup.

Welcome Adrian, and congratulations on taking the 1st step. It must be daunting having done so many different regimes before, but please be encouraged that this way of life (WOL) is doable and has given many people a successful way to get healthier. I’m looking forward to hearing from you as you go along your journey, and we’ll be here to cheer you on.

    Cheers,
    Merry

    Hi All and welcome Adrian,
I have stalled on the scales. I have also not played by the rules for the last 2 fast days so have to get back to basics tomorrow and do a proper FD. Wish me luck.

Successful FD, but I froze, was at work wearing puffer and glovesnat my desk ha-ha. Lots of tea for me! Feels good to have had a good FD, back on track! And now there is another colleague at work doing it, its catching on

CM, you must be feeling good with only that amount of weight gain. Just a drop in the ocean for you to get back on track.

Welcome Adrian, this WOL will change your life if you follow all the advise from the people that have stuck to this. There is always someone who has been there done that, so you are never alone on this journey.

    Hi Nads

Well done. So great to have a pal doing this with you at work. Do you wear thermals? It’s a matter of your body getting used to feeling the cold again, and accepting it. Lots of tea, coffee, hot water with lemon, miso soup etc. Could you take clear homemade soup from home and heat it when required?

Welcome, Adrian, to your newly chosen way of life (WOL). Intermittent fasting is not a diet but rather a different way to look at food. It takes some time for anyone to learn how to fast, then you can think about weight loss.

It is really important to read Michael Mosley’s book The 5:2 Fast Diet to learn the science behind the 5:2 way of life. He is saying that if you reduce your food intake and only eat a maximum of 2400 calories (men) on any day, and have 600 calories as a maximum on your two fast days, then you will regain your health. And in the process you will lose weight, if you have regularly been eating more than that. You will need to count calories and record your food intake for the first few weeks, while you learn to recognise appropriate portion size.

I also recommend taking your measurements waist, hips, thighs, upper arms, neck and tracking them. You will find as you stick with the fasting that these measurements will reduce, even in weeks when you don’t lose any weight. I reduced 3 clothing sizes in 6 months.

Some background. I have lost 17 kg on 5:2 and have now kept it off for one year in maintenance. During the weight loss period, I learnt the following.

Proper portion size, (by definition anyone needing to diet has forgotten what portion size is),
to drink sufficient water ( a minimum of 2 litres a day), (most of us don’t drink enough water)
to eat some protein and green vegetables at almost every meal, (inc poached egg and spinach for breakfast)
to drastically reduce my intake of carbohydrates (inc all sugars and sweeteners),
to eliminate all processed foods, and
to keep active each day. (Walk, use the steps not lifts, find times when you can insert activities into your normal day)

Once the above has become routine for you, you will look forward to your fast days. Forgive yourself when you abandon a fast day. Make sure you fast the very next day and don’t indulge just because you came off a fast day. Sometimes they don’t work out as you hope. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Hope this helps. All the best. Bay ๐Ÿ™‚

Well done Nads! Picturing you in puffies and gloves at work ๐Ÿ™‚

73.4 again, day after fast day for me, and have seen this a few times now. Still not had 5 clear days without any grain foods in it. Maybe I need to go back to writing everything I eat down again. Was out for a group dinner last night at someone’s house and dinner was a couple of different types of pasta. This is a monthly gathering, we rotate the hosting job, and usually there’s a gluten free option, but our coeliac wasn’t going to be there last night, so the host made pasta. I don’t like making a fuss about food in this type of situation, usually just eat around whatever’s offered, but a bit impossible last night, so did the best I could. Haven’t done calorie counts for pasta before, so just did a best guess Desert was amazing, and maybe an option I’ll have a go at in the future. Pear poached in Earl Grey tea. There was a little sugar in it, but not much, and maybe an added spice might work instead of sugar. It was served with just a tiny bit of whipped cream. Very simple and everyone loved it. It was a very cold day here yesterday, so I was definitely cold on my Fast Day!
Intesha and Goulburn newbies, maybe in about 3 weeks for a meet up?

    Cheers,
    Merry

Bay, that’s a fantastic toolkit for Adrian and other newbies. I will add to that, planning was key for me when I started 5:2 and I planned out 8 FD days one month in advance for several months so I developed a bank of mix and match foods to rely upon. If it wasn’t on the list for the day, it didn’t pass my lips. So Adrian, how did your first FD go? It will be fun to have a male perspective on this.

Nads, come and move to Perth, it’s 22C and sunny today. The nights are really cold though.

EA, I can’t really say I feel any colder on FDs but we do feel the cold in winter so we keep our house very comfortably warm and I wear ugg boots all day in winter.

Merry, so many temptations. And so many grains. Last night, I substituted the pasta my family had for the leftover Slendier fettucine portion from Sunday’s FD and indulged in the same creamy sauce but made it from low fat evaporated milk for a change.

CM: Today I have dipped into the 62s! OK, so it’s 62.9kgs but it’s the first time I’ve seen this weight since I was an obsessive 5 mile a day for 5 years jogger 30 years ago. Absolutely ecstatic. That’s 20.2 kgs lost and I really do feel I’ve made it now. Thank you Dr M for making my bit of a joke ‘thinatlast’ become a reality.

Welcome Adrian and well done on choosing the 5:2 way of life.

wow that is fantastic Thin, well done. You are such an inspiration. It is exciting when you hit a number you want. Im the day after a fast and woke up late so rushing around and wasn’t going to bother weighing myself but after reading the updated posts thought I had better go take a look. I’m glad I did – 68.6. I didn’t have all 460 allowance yesterday as my avocado was old and tasted gross. So my calories for yesterday came from chicken thigh, lettuce, cucumber, grape tomatoes, carrot, 1 very small apple, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon olive oil and a bit of milk in one cup of tea. During the day, I resisted the temptation to lie on the settee with a blanket in front of the fire because I was crazy cold, and did lots of work around the house. (It is strange how some people don’t get cold and others freeze. I’d be interested to find out the science behind it.)

I did have a slight urge to have some hot chips yesterday but told myself that if I really wanted them the next day then I could. So far I don’t and probably won’t but it keeps me going knowing that I can the next day if I still want to. Which beats deprivation diets hands down.

Also, whilst watching ‘quality’ tv last night (Ok, it was ‘Married at First Sight’) I realised that if I was not on a fast day and had them in the cupboard I would have scoffed a packet of crisps (chips). It is all associated behavior. Sofa + TV = crisps/chocolate. For me it is all about breaking that association and forming new ones and not eating for the sake of it.

Another fast day for me tomorrow as out for dinner on Thursday night. All the best for anyone fasting today.

PS. Has anybody actually managed to see the Dr M programme that he did on the 5:2 for Horizon? The BBC you tube only have snippets of it but have the full length episodes of other programmes he has done.

    Morning All.
Firstly, Thin. You’ve got no idea how happy I am for you. You’ve worked so hard, persevered & have made it….and you only missed my “62 challenge” by one day too!!! 62.9 is still the 62’s! Bet you were skipping around the bathroom starkers this morning! WOW 20.2 kg. Well done my friend. xx

Bay – well said, great advice and guidelines for us all to remember. Hope you enjoyed your time in beautiful Brissie (my home town).

EA – LOL love your “taste” in tv….I was watching Masterchef! Will try and find the link to Dr M’s Horizon show for you….it’s in a strange place, but we did find it a couple of months ago. Congrats on this morningโ€™s scales!

Intesha โ€“ Saw that you were in the 68โ€™s! Thatโ€™s great. We know you did it tough for a while, but so glad you stuck with it. When is your daughter visiting?
Welcome Adrian. Now that you’ve found 5:2, stick with it and forget the rest. You will change your life & health for the better & the weight loss is just a very pleasant side-effect. This thing really works and there are sooo many successful losers here to prove it.

Seems like lots of Kiwis have joined us too, which is great – going to have a Dunedin chapter at this rate. Watching the weather for you guys last night – sounds freezing cold & wet over thereโ€ฆ..is this the norm for winter in NZ? Sorry, but itโ€™s a sunny and warm 22c here in Perth today! I agree that winter-life in the northern hemisphere must be incredibly depressing โ€“ have a South African buddy in London for 12 years & still hates it.

Down .9 this morning (probably fluid), so just 1.7 to go before Iโ€™m back to pre-cruise weight.

Someone asked about what to do with leftover Slendier noodles. They seem to last pretty well once opened. I fish out half and leave the rest in the original bag. Remove most of the air & put a clip on it. Back into the fridge, they had lasted at least 4-5 days when I remembered them. They were still perfectly ok . I ate them & Iโ€™m still alive and kickin! CM xx

EA – Re Dr M’s Horizon program. Found it. We canโ€™t give you the exact link as this site wonโ€™t post it for some reason. However, this is how Thin described it back in early March when we were looking for it…โ€œAnyway hereโ€™s a cryptic version to try: daily motion (all one word) dot com and then type in the search box Eat Fast Live Longerโ€.
I’ve just checked and it’s still there, as well as some of his other shows. It’s worth watching it again, even if you’ve already seen it. Seems to reinforce everything we’re doing. You’ll have to give “Married At First Sight” a miss tonight! CM xx

    DeeDee46 Good luck!

Do you guys fast for a full 24 hours?

Hi all. CM,I wish, I wish, you just gave me an extra 10kg loss, hovering on the 79, glimpsed the 78 last week but haven’t seen it since. My daughter arrives on the 22nd July so hopefully I will drop some more by then but my goal always was to have dropped 10kg at least before my UK trip in December.

Thin, congratulations you are an inspiration to us all. You were just waiting for CM to come back yo lose that last little bit.

Merry just let us know when you feel up to it and we will co-ordinate a meet.

Have just come home from my jaunt to the city. Had an interview, volunteer work, for The Pyjama Angels. They need people to go into foster homes and help foster children with their reading etc. it is something I really feel strongly about and will take my mind off all the other things that are happening. There will be a full days training in August and then they will assign a child according to how they think we will fit. Then met a friend and had Yum Cha in Chinatown and a couple of vinos. Wet and dreary day but nice to get out and do something different.

Oh bother, I just wrote a big post thanking CM for the link and answering EJH’s question and somehow lost it.

I have to pop out now so will try and type my answer to you again later EJH.

Thank you so much for the link CM and Nads. I look forward to finally getting to watch the whole programme.

The above is another link to the doco ๐Ÿ˜€

I posted a big post and then it disappeared ๐Ÿ™ any hoo, Bay, I wear layers of merino and an extra on FD. I have a miso soup, but just realised I have some really nice chicken stock cubes in my cupboard so I might have to try that tomorrow, save me $2 for the miso and is probably less calories as well, win win!

Thin – 22o sounds like heaven!!

EA – I watched the doco back in 2013 but just found another link (posted above) so I think I’ll have another watch now, I also have the book and have been reading it over the last few weeks.

Have a great day everyone – FD for me tomorrow ๐Ÿ˜€

EJH- I have evening meal about 6.30pm, then don’t eat till 6-6.30pm the Fast Day night., so for me, yes, I fast for 24 hrs.

Also, for me, I call the 5 days non- fast days instead of feast days. I just prefer the psychology of not calling them feast days. On non fast days I try to eat in an 8 hr window.

    Merry

    Hi Nads

Thanks for posting the doco. I have just watched it for the first time. I began 5:2 after I read an article about intermittent fasting and then bought the Michael Mosley book. It is very helpful to reread the book at regular intervals. It helps with reasons and with motivation, as does the video. Thanks a lot.

    Cheers, Bay ๐Ÿ™‚

Merry, I always call them non fast days too. Everyone’s psychology is different. Cheers, Bay ๐Ÿ™‚

Sorry Intesha – I wish I could give it too you as well!

EJH – I wrote a more in-depth explanation before I lost it, so here is a condensed answer in case I lose it again. I have a glass of milk about 10pm before bed then I will not eat anything until my dinner around 6-7pm the following day. I only drink lemon squeezed into hot water and plain cold water for all of that time and account the calories from the lemon. I will then eat breakfast the following day around 9am. Hope this is useful.

I will sit down with the hubby to watch the doco tonight. Looking forward to it.

I like the idea of having a “non-fast day” as opposed to a “feast day”. I will try and call it that from now on because I am on a non-fast day today and have hardly feasted (porridge for breakfast and egg and soldiers with side salad and banana for lunch).

Another fast day tomorrow. Had better get in plenty of firewood.

EA – I’m with you. NFDs are hardly feast days for me either, but I don’t know how you (& some others here) do your FD by waiting until 6-7pm to eat. I’m in awe of everyone who can manage this. Enjoy the doco tonight…..bet it’s an eye-opener for your OH. At least he’ll understand why you’re doing it. Once mine had watched it, he wanted to do it too! BTW – where are you in Perth? CM xx

    Hey there EJH and All,

Had a good FD. Stuck to it. Of course had some good news on the scales that helped. Total lost is now 4.6kg in 7 weeks. Yay!!!!!! Hick up must have been fluid left over from periods.

I like to call my FD eat less days and other days are just normal days. I just love the high i get on eat less days. I get all giggly and have such a fun time. Got to love the ketone bodies crossing the blood brain barrier! The day just flies. I eat a breakfast (porridge, 1/2 pear chopped and few almonds chopped but no milk), water/black coffee or tea, dinner (2 egg omlette with vegies). Means i have to cook 2 meals – one for my son and then my omlette.

I’m also doing couch to 5km (C25) app. I’m in my 4th week of that. I just have so much energy if i don’t exercise i get jittery. I actually enjoyed the C25 today. It is getting so much easier. Just an amazing change in my total well being.

Thin, fantastic you are in the 62s. Well done ๐Ÿ™„ ๐Ÿ™„ Bay

Tomorrow is my first FD… Just came home from shopping with vegetables to make a vegetable soup (no,potatoes). I love soup so I’m figuring on a boiled egg for breakfast then stay busy, busy, busy. Then have soup for lunch about 3, that’s when I get my arvo snack attack/downward energy cycle. Then hopefully hold out for tea around 8pm which should be more soup which will hold me over until the next morning.

Is there any reason you guys only have black coffee on fast days?

I’m going to weigh all the ingredients as I go, I’ll input these into fitness pal so I start to get an idea of kJ.

    Here goes!

By the way does anyone else use a Fitbit?

Go for it EJH!!! Black coffee to avoid calories of added milk. Enjoy your soup.
    From DeeDee

EJH – great decision to get started ! Let us know how you go on your 1st day, and Bon Voyage!

Weak black Earl Grey Tea or Peppermint tea for me, sometimes hot water, and plenty of water.

Someone asked if I do 2 or 3 meals given I’m mostly not eating till 11 am on a non- fast day, then dinner at 6.30 ish. I’m not good at remembering who said what, and not connected to the internet 24/7 so not answering straight away, Usually I have 3, with 1 st 2 smaller, and bigger meal at night. 11 am, 3 ish and 6.30 ish, so 8 hrs between 11 am and 7 pm. On fast days there seems to be 2 groups long term – those who eat breakfast and dinner and those who wait till dinner about 6. It’s all about what works best for you and your individual response and lifestyle. I started with FD’s with 3 small meals and my OH started with just dinner from day 1.

My situation is a bit differnt to average as I can’t use exercise to use calories and keep my body fired up. Really, I just try to maximise my chances of losing weight. I’ve lost 10 kgs overall and my time framing for weight loss will be different to other people. Doesn’t matter. That’s 10 kgs gone that I had no chance of getting off anyother way, blood pressure medication halved, and my dr’s very happy about me doing 5:2. So….12 kgs to go…..onwards and downwards!

    Well done Thin, Congratulations!!

Thanks MerryMe and DeeDee46… My mantra for today is “its ok to be hungry”, I am about to cancel a lunch meeting though, I don’t think I’m that strong yet! It’s pouring rain, so all the busy, busy, busy plans have to be reshuffled grrrr
