  • I’m new to IF this year but my husband and I did a month, long every other day, fast and I lost 4 kilos. I had a back injury last year, but not much help here in Malaysia with physical therapy, so I struggled with sciatica. After my own research and two YouTube physical therapist (real doctors), I was able to fix a slipped disc but it’s been a long road toward recovery and I doubted I would ever heal. But, when I tried IF with moderate to light exercise, I reduced my pain and increased mobility. Now I swim, cycle, power walk, and combined keto diet eating with fasting!
