  • Hi, I’m new here and this is my first fasting day. I downloaded Michael’s book last night, watched the Horizon programme and decided to give this a go. A colleague of mine has had great success with the 5:2 plan. I am overweight bordering on obese according to the BMI chart and I have PCOS. I am most interested in reducing my insulin levels and cardiovascular risks. Weightloss will be a welcome side effect should it come!
