  • I am wondering if there anyone has any experience of healing (with intermittent fasting) not necessarily equating to weight loss?

My weight is stalled and I am certainly fasting…I am wondering if the healing aspect of my fasting is weighing more than whatever fat loss is going on.

I have lots of arthritic stuff in different joints…I thought if that is healing, then ligaments and bones weigh more than fat don’t they?

Perhaps off the wall but I am using it as an hypothesis to keep me motivated and keeping on. 🙂
