    I’m Lynn I just started I’m a little lost with what to eat this morning. I bought the book on Saturday. Started yesterday (Monday). Although I had green tea so far. Not sure what to do!

    Hello, Lynn (foodturtle) – I hope you’re finding your way through now and feel more confident about what to do. Planning in advance seems to be a good idea – what days are best for fasting, when to go (or not go) food shopping, what to buy, what to eat (for both fasting and non-fasting days), how best to distract yourself if hungry, etc, etc. Enjoy discovering the best methods for your own unique situation.
