First weigh in result – woo hoo!!

  • I started the 5:2 on Monday 6 January and I weighed myself on Friday 31 January. I was not very confident at my weigh in as, unusually for January, we had lots of dinners out and birthday parties – however I am delighted to report I lost 8.5lbs!! Also my BMI has gone down by 1.5 points and I have lost 2 inches off my waist. This diet really does work if you do it properly. My next weigh in will be on Friday 28 February which happens to be my birthday so looking for another good loss then.

    I’ve posted a 4 week update myself, it’s been going very well so far!
