First day complete !!

    First fast day complete ;
    – Last meal Sunday 8:30 pm
    – Monday morning Protien shake (plant protein) 150 cal
    – Monday Night Chicken Salad – 240 cal
    – During day 1/2 carrot and 1/2 medium apple – 70 cal
    – workout on Monday morning weight training at gym

    Fasting was easy and today Tuesday morning 8:30 am protein shake.

    Will update the group on weight and progress after 2 weeks.
