Hey guys!

I started 5:2 on 30th November at nearly 69kg, being only 4″11 I wasn’t expecting to see much of a result until the new year as I’ve been told my height means it may take longer for me to lose weight.

I weighed myself today, less than 2 weeks in and I’m now 65.7kg! I usually hover about the 66kg mark so I tried not to read too much into it but then only 10 mins later my mum said it looked like I’d lost weight!

I realise this is not a question and doesn’t give rise for replies but I’m so happy I just had to share it! I’m amazed she can see a difference only 12 days in! If anyone is doubting this don’t because it really does work!
