    Feed, Fast, HIIT:

    I like this. My goal for the month is to lose 2kg to get back within my maintenance range. I do a mix of HIIT, running on the treadmill, and weight training. I want to get to the gym 4-5 days per week.

    Goal for this month: 185 lb

    Starting Weight: 194 lb

    Tracking Weight: 194 lb


    Feed, Fast, HIIT:

    Fasting: Mo-Tu, Th-Fr for dual 36 hours
    Strengthening: Weights
    Sprints: Treadmill

    I was close last month and this time I’m determined…

    Goal for this month: 185 lb

    Starting Weight: 194 lb

    Tracking Weight: 188 lb

    Sprints: Treadmill

    I am using my outdoors workout area with the warm weather & it’s a nice change.
