Hi Everyone,
I have just read the book “The fast diet” The secret of intermittent fasting….Lose weight, Stay healthy. So far I am intrigued enough to give it a go.
As of this morning, I weigh 80Kg and I am 5 foot 5. My BMI must be around 30, but I will have to work that one out. I can definately be described as solid. I have been a gym junky in my younger days and even then was never slim, so I am hoping that this may be the lifestyle change that I am looking for. It is nearly bedtime here in Australia, so I will be starting tomorrow morning, being Monday 9th September, 2013. Wish me luck on my first fasting day. I am about to go and work out the calories for breakfast and dinner, so that I can be organised and ready to face the day.
I will pop back tomorrow night and let you know how I went.
