  • Gone off the idea of ravioli.33 hours past since I last had anything to eat. Still fancy the baked potatoe but could end up with chicken casserole. Another nice day but cold. Just had a cuppa but not desperate for food yet. Going to try Lidl today for our big shop. Never done it there before. I’ll see if they have butter beans Hemmy 🤣.Happy birthday Nanna hope you have a great day. Denise will be having breakfast soon so that will make me hungry 😱.

Lidl was rhubarb. Got to go shopping again now to Sainsbury’s to get what Lidl didn’t sell. Won’t be going there again.

    Good afternoon everyone. Xxxx

Its a chilly wind but at least no rain and we had sun while walking.

I don’t seem to be getting much achieved this week somehow.. feeling tired. I have ordered iron tablets.. Also I think in winter I miss the garden work.
I keep looking for a nice event to go to something different but nothing I fancy at the moment.

    50 days no alc

Nana ,,, Happy Birthday .have a lovely day. .Xx

Dave ,,, I found Lidl disappointing these days .. I shop at Tesco now. If I go to Bicester I use Sainsburys as well.
    Any butter beans about lolol.
What are you having for dinner in the end.

I hope everyone is having a good day.. If anything is worth doing, do it with all your heart.Xx

Hemmy they had butter beans at Lidl, didn’t get any though. Had to go to Sainsbury’s to get what Lidl didn’t sell. Will stick to Sainsbury’s.Tesco is the nearest supermarket to where I live and I would get 10% off if I shopped there but still don’t go. Had a sandwich so I have some food inside me after almost 40 hours without.

    Evening!
Nana- happy birthday to you, have a nice day!
Dave- really well done with your fast! I don’t mind going to Lidl or Aldi for a few bits but can’t get everything there, we go to Tesco’s, it’s alot further to go to Asda or Sainsbury’s…
Hemmy- hope the iron tablets help you, although you sound like you do lots & keep very fit!
Jean- how was petanque? Are you doing much crochet at the moment?
A nice walk with Xena, although quite achy…sorted out paperwork for Mum’s LPA, I’m making copies of everything I buy for her to be on the safe side, when my nan needed funding for her care home they went back over all the money, asked my uncle about a camera he’d bought for her years before! Although Mum will have to pay for care herself. Saw my sister for a cuppa, she’s away next week so will be on Mum duty. Got lots of cleaning done this afternoon. Shopping day tomorrow & youngest is coming for dinner.

    Evening All..
Very chilly here, thermals back on!
I went to play Petanque won, one lost one, then played to 4 points each so a draw… good game.

    Dave..
I really couldn’t fast like you, good if you can.

    Hemmy..
The changing weather gets to you.. we all want better weather. Clocks will be moving shortly it will help. Hope the iron tablets help.

    Hedgehog..
Like you I go to aldi as a main shop then last few bits at Tesco…
Yes I am on piece work with crochet, two octopus completed, two bodies done legs to do, a bunny nearly finished. I am running two things together.
Good idea to have copies of paperwork.

Happy Birthday hope you have had a good day.

    Night from us..
    Jean x
