  • Jess, I used to take the mini pill and still had the weight fluctuations. If you’ve never mapped it before you might not know it affects you like that. Try to keep a diary. It can simply be water retention. I’ve an IUD now and still see weight fluctuations even though I’m irregular. xx

Jess, not sure what calories you’re sticking to on a NFD, but if you can try to keep to under 1800 unless you’re quite active. Maybe calculate your TDEE for the weight you want to be, not the weight you are. xx

    Jess…
You are well under your TDEE…maybe like Angela said just drop it down a bit…just keep strong and keep going it will move…

Hi Girls … beautiful day… must have been 17-18 lunch time.

It has been a lovely day… easy parking at the Doctors with Mum. Then got in really quickly… Then on to Garden Centre for lunch and stroll around in the sun.

Food was lovely… chefs chicken and tarragon pie… and veg..

I normally go down around April as Sym knows. I lost my soul mate suddenly on May 1 . .. So shocked. Anyway decided as its 5 yrs and supposedly my year this year .. I am not going to be sad as per usual and bought a beautiful yellow rose called Gold. .. That’s what Andrew was.
Came home in the sunshine and went straight in the garden. A perfect day.

Lynne.. I have been on Magnesium 5 days and think it is helping. I usually only sleep about 2 hrs at a time but have been doing 3 and going straight back to sleep.

Hope all Fasters at having a good day. Xx

Hi everyone, hope you’re having good days! Today is a fast day for me. It’s been lovely and sunny here, I had to get up early for a doctor’s appointment so had a nice little wander round town and went food shopping as I had nothing in for my fast days.

Broke my fast at about 2pm with prawns marinated in Nando’s garlic peri peri sauce (which is really low calorie by the way – and tasty!) and salad. Then went and did some gardening, we are really behind on the garden this year and so much needs doing! Spent about an hour out there in the sunshine cutting things back and weeding. Loved it.

This evening dinner will probably be wafer thin Brunswick ham with a boiled egg and more salad. Still got enough calories left for a small yoghurt later if I’m hungry!

Hope everyone else is having a good day. 🙂

    Hi all,

The board still seems odd without Audreys posts 🙁

Jess, thats a strange result…particularly if you cant recall anything different you have done between week 1 and 2. Stick at it this week and see if it adjusts itself. Have you worked out your actual TDEE? Just wondering if you are eating enough rather than too much???

Ive only eaten 6 almonds today and dont feel particularly hungry so may not bother eating much else today, Ill see later when Neil is home and I get a sniff of food.

I need to re-read the 5:2 stuff and give myself a boost (and a kick), as Im not staying anywhere near my TDEE at the weekend. At this rate I am not going to lose my last half a stone.

Not done much today, apart from colouring my hair!

Jean, it sounds like you have had a productive day.

    Fasters, not long to go!

    Kay x

    Hemmy…
What a lovely idea buying a rose for Andrew getting put in straight away….it’s your year this year, Andrew wouldnt want you upset, he would expect you to live…

Nice lunch out with Mum…picked up some herb plants yesterday the garden centres are so large these days…

    Lavendyr…
Your lunch sounded lovely…a good FD for you…another gardener in the camp…lol

    Kay..
You got your hair done at last….and a good FD…liquid only or near enough…a few of us chasing the last half stone, it seems to be the hardest to loose.

    Keep going fasters nearly done…

    Our FD tomorrow

    Jean x

Hi all – took a day to do some pottering, and slow work after all the rush of the last wee while. There’s a bit to go that will be busy for me, but I’m going to try and draw breath a little this week before the last push to Easter…that’s the plan just now at any rate!

Sarah – I think I cope because my job gives me time with people often in extremes, but there’s almost always joy and laughter, too. And if that’s too hard to find, and it’s getting too much for me, I commit it all to a higher authority and head off for coffee/shopping therapy. A healthy sense of my inabilities married with a lazy gene will hopefully mean I make it to old age reasonably intact. I do agree with others, though, that it does feel like we’re living in tragic/crazy times. I can’t think who said ‘and this too shall pass’ (go on, someone make me look stupid and tell me it’s in the Bible!), it’s hard to believe, but we will all probably wake up tomorrow!

Meanwhile, eaten enough today (!) and I’m going to have a second FD for this week tomorrow. May go for a third on towards the end of the week in an attempt to kick start the last half stone…but determined to keep up my cals in between…determined to put my trust in the feasting as much as the fasting!

    Good evening all

I find magnesium works best if you take it a good hour before bed. Hope all fasters are staying strong. I have had a breeze of a day foodwise. Mondays always seem quite easy. Just back from a really good pilates class. Still looking forward to breakfast though.

Hemmy, it sounds like a poignant time of year for you. Your rose sounds a lovely reminder of Andrew. hugs xx…

Good luck anyone fasting tomorrow. If you are doing today you can just go to bed instead of eating now.

Carol, think you might be weighing tomorrow so good luck with that too.

Off to torment myself with Mary Berry and an early night I think. Night night xx

Hi Lavender, sorry I don’t think I’ve said hello and welcome yet.

Clare, fab news on your loss again this week. You really are going well.

I’m just home after another hectic day and had my tea. After last night’s adventures I’ve felt hungover all day… the alcohol would have been cheaper! 😂

I’m currently having a magnesium salts bath with a facial as my little FD treat. I’m hoping it helps me off to sleep later as I really don’t want to be up all night peeing.

Sarah, you are a glutton for punishment watching Mary Berry on a FD! 😂 xx

    Hi all

Have kept up with all the posts but too many to comment on.

Have had a really horrendous few days, just eating anything and everything thing, and am actually feeling a bit sick now and really need to fast for the next few days.

Have never really been into exercising, but have always fancied the idea of jogging, really not built for it, but have ordered new trainers and jogging trousers, this won’t necessarily get me out of the house, but if it does I will obviously start off more walking than jogging, I will let you know.

    Take care everyone

Hopefully catch up better tomorrow x

Clare, sorry missed your weight loss. Really well done!

Angela, I had a magnesium bath a week ago and it sent me into a really deep sleep. Yes salivating at the white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake. Broadchirch then bed Away from the kitchen. Hope you gave a great night x

Tammy hoping you don’t self sabotage this week. You do so well on the FDs….x

Fast Day complete and within FD allowance.
Tomorrow will be a controlled calorie day.
Id forgotten about the magnesium so took 1 earlier!

    Kx

Tammy, sometimes a little of what you fancy does you good… other times alot of what you fancy puts you off! 😂

Kay, well done on completing your FD within allowance. I’m slightly over when I add the milk for my coffee as I just had a yoghurt to keep the nighttime peeing at bay. I need the sleep more tonight. xx

    Morning all

Quite an easy FD yesterday despite Mary Berry! Mondays are generally easy. I think it is because i have eaten a bit more (too much) over the weekend so there is plenty in the tank as it were. Thursdays are always much more difficult.

Minols, that sounds mentally strong. Part of my problem is that instead of understanding my place in the scheme of things (and I guess this is an element of religious faith) I always feel I should be doing something about it so to speak and if I can’t see a way through or a way I can sort it out, or at least help people feel ok if it can’t be sorted, then I end up feeling really agitated and responsible. If my family or a friend is struggling with something I find it difficult to compartmentalise it.

Our dog is a bit like this too. She tries to be a bit bossy and controlling and has a needing to sort things out mentality. ( I don’t think she learned it from me LOL). Part of my difficulty at work at the moment is because my organisation is combining with another and I am leaving so I don’t really have control now. It doesn’t sound too hard does it, but I am finding it excruciating. I do realise this must be partly an ego thing. I have now characterised myself as bossy obsessive. I do hope I am not as annoying as I sound.

Enough introspection for one day! Getting my thoughts back to peanut butter on toast!

Have a good day everyone x

Just reading back on some posts I have missed

Jean, you are having a very energetic Spring sort out. So therapeutic. I started a bit of kon mari recently. Never thought I would be the sort of person to be interested in folding haha but have done a few drawers and it is amazing. I can see all my scarves at once in the scarf drawer. Same with underwear. I can just take something out instead of rooting through everything all the time and making a bigger mess. I think you might want to google it if you are in sorting mode. It is a bit hilarious too as you will see if you google but it works brilliantly.

I know where you are coming from Sarah, I like control and life keeps on getting in the way such as my adult children having problems that I can’t do much about, just support them and be there if it goes pear shaped. before I retired I thought that my life would get easier but the “Eternal Gods” decided that I hadn’d finished my life apprenticeship just yet so they keep on throwing things in my direction to work through.

One other thing, because of my diabetes I don’t eat bread as part of a low carbohydrate trial but the thought of peanut butter on toast is weakening my resolve….to be continued.

    Hi Sarah,

I can identify with some of what you say. I learnt a lot about myself when I had some coaching a couple of years ago. Through that process I was encouraged to understand my ‘filters’ or how I see the world. I learned that I am an ‘associated’ person. This means I like to dive straight in and get involved, rather than standing back and observing 1st. I’m also a person who is ‘towards’ meaning I like continual improvement, I like to improve and change things.
I, like you, like to feel in control. If I can see a way through, I like to spring into action mode and do it. Whether that’s for me or for others.

So rather than calling yourself bossy obsessive, I have a feeling you share the ‘associated’ and ‘towards’ filters with me! 😂 Flexing these filters is my biggest challenge. xx

    Morning everyone

Sarah – ‘bossy obsessives’ are wonderful to help keep some of us straight and focussed, and up to the mark…it really does take all sorts! And I know what you mean about dogs and their owners – we have two, one is more my OH’s, independent, self-contained, takes years to become affectionate, unable to hear when focussed on something, cannot be bribed by treats! The other one, well, he’s a daft blonde, unable to turn down treats, could eat himself sick…get where I’m going!

Bad night’s sleep – worrying over work stuff (you see, Sarah, not just for bossy obsessives…I’m not completely sorted!) and then when I did get to sleep the boy had a nightmare, so into the spare room to talk dragons and then give in and read Harry Potter before walking the dogs early. So my FD has started, unusually for me, with a Heck sausage and bacon breakfast (I’ve been up so long it ;s almost lunch!), and I’m wondering if I’ve got enough planned to keep me away from comfort food today. Hope so…will hit the coffee hard, I think!

Hi Jim – welcome to the page/thread…whatever this thing is called. Peanut butter is tempting, isn’t it! When I have to be nearly ‘no-carb’ I confess to just having spoonfuls of peanut butter straight from the jar…but you have to be really carb free high fat to get away with that!
    Mx

    Morning All…

A bit dull at the moment but supposed to get better later…

Going to pot my new herbs into bigger terracotta pots today, need to buy some compost…a lazy day otherwise.

A FD for us today, Minols and Tammy fasting with us any one else? Not our usual day a bit strange.

    Sarah…
You have your magnesium an hour before bed…we do ours at 5.30….is it better later?? It says to have it with food on our bottle, don’t you bother with food? Have you tried different times?..would be interested..

We must be sleeping deeply as we have both started dreaming and remembering them…lol…Steve had his ears pieced last night and I wasn’t happy, he ripped them out of his ear, he was going to make the holes as big as a wedding ring…lol..😡

I can’t join you with the baths we only have a shower..🙂

    Jean x.

Good morning FB Brits hope all is well with you and yours. Xx

A dull start after the glorious sunny day yesterday.

Another garden day… popping Mum home then hopefully out there all day.

Sym… On my Tabs from Boots no timings mentioned. Anyway just googled it and it suggests 1-2 hours before bed because of the relaxing element in them. Makes sense… been taking mine in the mornings. Probably would have flaked out but also started the iron. Lolol What are we like. lolol Xx

Hope everyone is doing ok.. Fast day tomoz for me.

Sarah… May I say you sound a lovely warm and understanding person. A lovely person to have for a boss. Xx

    Enjoy the day Brit lovelies…

If only losing weight was as easy as losing our phones, our keys, our temper, or even our minds, We would be SO VERY SKINNY. Lol Xx

    Morning everyone

Weigh in today – lost 0.9lb. I haven’t drunk as much water as I should have the last 2 days and think that makes a difference. Cant complain though 18.3lb in 8 weeks.

I’ve joined the club and ordered some magnesium oil. I can’t take tablets as they interact with other meds. Whilst I don’t need help sleeping, I do suffer a bit with, we’ll call it a slow digestive system (water helps as do prunes but another symptom of thyroid problems). Jean, like you no bath so can’t try a good soak. May also try Phil on the magnesium oil as he has trouble sleeping at night – won’t go to bed and sleeps in his recliner.

Hemmy, the rose is a beautiful and thoughtful way of displaying your love for Andrew and your garden sounds amazing.

Sarah, I can also identify with what you say. I’m the ‘fixer’ in the family and the ‘solution finder’ in work. Great in an emergency or crisis, logical and thrive on a challenge. However, not all problems can be fixed, there’s not always a solution to a problem. Sometimes we have to just accept things the way they are – this is a major challenge for me.

Welcome Jim, I’m trying to ditch the refined carbs as well (family history of Type II). My daughter often has peanut butter and a sliced apple for breakfast so may try that instead of the toast. Now started to fantasise about hot toast and butter.

Tammy, I don’t run, but have heard the Couch to 5k app is really good. You follow the instructions of the ‘trainer’ and should be able to run 5k/30 minutes after 9 weeks. You can chose from different ‘trainers’ and one is Sarah Millican so probably quite entertaining.

Good luck to all fasters today, my turn tomorrow.

    Take care Lynne x

    Morning everyone

It’s so cold today, I really wasn’t expecting it to be! Had a busy FD yesterday, decided to give the garden its first cut of the year – it always seems such a daunting task to me as I never used to have to do it, but then I feel so good afterwards as I did it myself & don’t need any help (really stubborn like that lol). Walked Jacob to cubs as it was so nice and decided that rather go home until it was time to collect I carried on walking – all the way to Asda a mile & a half a way! Picked up some magnesium and then realised I needed to get all the way home again to get he car before cubs ended lol! First weekday I’ve hit my fitbit target in a long while!

NFD today and salad for lunch, relinquishing a bit of control tonight & boyfriend is cooking tea – venison burger with sweet potato wedges, will be really nice but no way of knowing the cals in the burger, then there will be the wine! It won’t be over cals but I’ll be guessing on MFP and I don’t like doing that. I know I just need to chill out though.

Have a great day all. Clare x

Lynne… 18.3lbs in 8 weeks Is truly amazing .. well done you girly. Defiantly doing something right. Yay Yay.

We will all be so very laid back taking or using the Magnesium… Our new buzz words.Lol

Love my garden Lynne .. Its an old long cottage garden ..everything falling over itself. Lots of help from Mum … spends every minute she can in it. years ago before moving to her flat .. she always won the local garden completions. So I am very lucky .

Have a good day Lynne. Xx

Hi Jim and welcome. I am retiring early in the summer (I will be just 58) lucky me. Like you did I imagine retirement to be without stress and just loads of time to do stuff. But life is what you make it and I need to make sure I live differently. I am not sure if you are new to this but I am sure you know there are people here who have made dramatic changes to diabetes. If you are looking for a home thread. We are a really friendly, diverse bunch of people and we do help each other.

Minols, I find it hard to see you as a daft blonde but it is an endearing image.

Angela, yes that’s me. I believe in self evaluation tools too and have done quite a bit in the past and encouraged others to do it. But knowing your defaults is one thing, trying to modify them is still hard, for me anyway. If I could go back 15 years to when life seemed more carefree (in my memory anyway) I would make different career choices though. I feel I have paid too high a price. Maybe that is just at the moment because I am fed up with it all.

Jean, hilarious dream. I reckon Steve is a bit of a hellraiser on the quiet. Re magnesium i have been taking for about 3 weeks now. I read to take it an hour before bed, not to take with calcium etc and I have tried to do that, sometimes if I forget it is just before. I’ve never taken it that early. I guess we could try different times and see what is best. I do think it has made a difference to sleep and digestion issues. My OH is just starting because he takes a good bit of calcium (I don’t) and magnesium is meant to protect soft tissues like heart from the effects of calcium.

Well done Lynne, sooo good in such a short period of time. Must be those 3 FDs. I am 31lbs down but that is from last September. 16lbs to go.

Hemmy, don’t know about that, but thank you for your kind words xx

We need to rename ourselves Magnesium Brits LOL

Morning all. It’s drizzling but it’s a good day. I’ve lost 4 lbs, yay. It’s been awhile coming ever since my holiday weight gain. I feel more motivated at the moment. I’m going to monitor my NFD calorie intake now just to see how I’m doing eating what I want.

Must go and clean my car. It has to go in to the garage as it has an oil leak but it’s still under warranty. Problem is my OH hasn’t had it serviced at a main dealer because he believes they’re out to screw him so he took it to another garage. Well if it’s voided the warranty he’ll have to stand the cost and I suspect it won’t be cheap. It really gets me down.

On the plus I’ve lost 4 lbs. 😁😁😁

Peanut butter fantasies..sorry everyone, it is my morning after FD regular. It is a small slice of wholemeal sourdough though….

    Morning Again…

Looks like 4 posts jumped in slow…thought I were the first of the day….

    Sarah…
Must catch Mary Berry later pm…I do like her…I like boxes, big plastic boxes and plastic bags…Steve laughs at me…a tip for bra and pants, I put them in a 6″ square zipped plastic bag each set…no hunting for matching pairs, best thing I ever did…

I shall try the magnesium nearer bed time, Steve finds he goes sleepy after taking it…

    Jim…
Welcome are you going to join us or are you passing through…good luck on your journey…

    Angela, Minols, Sarah and Clare.
You sound lovely people who want to help and with the right words….someone has to lead and others to follow, some fixers….always there for anyone……most of us drop tools and go, illness or helping its nice we can…

    Hemmy..
Lovely quote today….thanks on the magnesium, will try later tonight…do you dream on them?? I shall be with you outside later…lol

    Clare…
Well done on all the walking, I think you feel good if you get your steps in..lots for you. Have a nice dinner cooked for you…enjoy

    Lynne..
Well done on your loss…18 lbs is really good going well above the normal 1 lb loss..I think I need some of your secrets…water for one..

    Jean x

    Carol…

    My posts are slow today…

Really well done on the 4 lb off, great start after holiday…hope you get the car done on warranty…

    Kay..
    Glad you had a good FD…sorry I missed you..😀..hope alls well…

Must get this hair dried here tip tapping..

    Jean

    Good morning everyone

Well done to all that has lost weight, caspersmum (senior moment, I have forgotten your name lol), 4lbs brilliant.

Everyone doing gardens and magnesium, I really must clean the cat muck up in my back garden, and I have no issues with sleeping, so will not take the magnesium.

I laugh at myself, I write stuff to have a joke and a laugh then delete it just incase some one takes offence, how many of us do that ?

Welcome to the newbies, again have forgotten names.

Lynn I will check the app out, thanks

Fasting till Friday, need to get back on track.

Am going to try and make merry berry’s beef stew from her programme last night, see how it goes.

    Take care all

    Tammy xxx

Morning everyone, I’ll catch up with posts when its lunchtime at work, but I just wanted to check in.

I’m doing 4.3 this week, to shake things up. Couldn’t fast yesterday due to personal issues, so have a tough few days coming up now as I’m doing today, tomorrow and Thursday back to back. Not sure if its a good idea and if I’ll even be able to do it. Has anyone else done this? I was going to do Mon/Tues and Thurs, but yesterday messed my plan up, and I really don’t want to fast Friday.

I’ll give it a go .. wish me luck!

    Hope everyones ok xx

    Hi DF

That’s what I am doing aswell, first day is ok, but am usually willing to gnaw my own arm off by tea time on the 2 and 3 days lol, but that is because I choose to have all my calories at tea time.

We can do it together, stay strong.

    Tammy xxx

Thanks Tammy, good to know I’m not alone! We can do it 🙂 I also have all my cals in the evening, it works best for me 🙂

Love the support here, thanks everyone x

    Tammy

I’m glad it’s not just me – I feel like I need a little crib sheet with username, real name and a bit about the person to be able to do personals lol!

    Clare x

Hi Sym.. Funny you should say about the dreams. I have had a few this last week. Lol.. In general feel more relaxed and sleeping better.

Your plastic bag for undies it good. Must confess to wearing odd combinations of colour as no man to impress. Lolol

Tammy … Lol I permanently worry about upsetting people or coming over the wrong way. Easy to do with no eye contact just the written word. Xx

Carol… so well done on losing the 4 lbs… brilliant 2 bags of sugar off of you.

Remember when starting here would always term my weight loss in bags of sugar. Hope your car gets don eat no extra expense. Xx

Clare.. Well done with the walking. Always think its the best natural exercise. Enjoy you tea .. sounds lovely.. Always nice when its cooked for you. Xx

D F OMG… you are so brave doing 3 days in a row… good luck girl. Be interesting to see how you go and the result.

Hope every else is doing ok. Xx

While I remember ..In this weeks supplement in the Sunday Mail .. Michael Mosley with recipes etc… about this 3 meals a day 800 thing. Xx

ETA Think it was 800 will check with this weeks paper later. Xx

    Morning all.

Weight down a bit from the weekend. Now just to stay focused for the rest of the week.
Very grey day here and need to motivate myself into doing stuff! Need to pop out and get some vegetables from Aldi, get the mower out and give the grass its first cut and tidy up in the kitchen.

Had yogurt and muesli earlier and not going to eat until teatime. Going to make some cauliflower cheese and have it with veggie sausages and a small baked potato.

Will ‘talk’ to you all properly later but must google kon mari…..

    X

Hi l – quick break before the madness of swimming lessons, parent/teacher meeting, evening work etc…

Should make 10 miles walking today – done about 6 so far…Tammy, I’m a walker not a jogger (although I fear I will have to do running in the summer to get ready for Peru), so I’m very impressed if that becomes your thing. I just feel it joggling all of my bits about and can’t bear it! But I have a friend who runs and she reckons the endorphins are worth it!

Back off out into the wild winds to walk the dogs…nearly go token off my feet this morning – such a light wee thing that I am!!!
    Mx

    Clare

I laughed at your suggestion of a crib sheet – that’s exactly what I’ve got on excel. I love a good spreadsheet!

    Lynne x

    Hi…
Got a few jobs done…re potted my herbs…they are on my floor near a window, looking quite good…bought some seeds from Lidl 29p to grow, ‘on going’ lettuce, seeing we are eating it a lot, pick it as it grows, need a propagator to go on my window sill…start it off in a couple of weeks…B & M bargains £5..three sections seed it, 1, 2, and 3 growing a week a part….umm

I am not green fingers so it could be a flop…herbs will be going to Wales next week in caravan as they need a Mum at the moment…lol

FD going very good…think I may be able to manage the three a week…just hope the weight justifies it on Friday.

    Hemmy…
Must remember the supplement Saturday..I read a part of it sounds interesting…

    Kay…
Nice a bit of weight movement hope it holds for weigh in..our grass needs cutting, we have given it a very chopped looking cut, second one hope to be better tomorrow..

    Minols…
Very windy here now…you are very busy today…don’t get blown away you wee thing…lol

    Jean x

    Hi

Mary Berry steak and ale stew with horseradish dumplings, smells lovely, had a lick of the spoon
, it has a sweetness to it, but think it’s going to be lush, just away to add the dumplings wish me luck I have never made them before, might have a small bowl of stew for my tea, it would be a shame not to. Wish I could post pictures.

Lovely afternoon with a bit of sunshine.

Grass cut. Few bits from Aldi. Ellie walked. Kitchen cleaned. Carrot cake mix in bread machine.

Neil just home with a couple of bottles of cider….arghhh!!!

    Hi,

We are finished for the day..come in at 397 cals, Steve a bit more…enough calories for our milk later..

    Tammy…
Just watched Mary Berry, stew looking lovely, it must be 40 years since doing dumplings…tell me what you think….the Cheesecake looked yummy…put both recipes in my folder..

    Kay…
Carrot cake yummy…it’s one of your one a day? Right…lol…cider even sounds good…

    All this cooking….

    Jean x

    Success

The stew is lovely and I am not a lover of cider or wine etc in my sauces, I used a light ale but it does give it a very sweet taste, maybe swap it for a can of tomatoes would make a lovely alternative. Dumplings weren’t too bad, could of been lighter,

I had a small amount (for me), but am not going to count the calories, but that will be it for me today, and at least I enjoyed it, some fd’s I really don’t enjoy my food.

    Hi Sym

Just reread the ….. Now 5-2 dieters can eat three meals on Fast Days. Which Is going to be in a 16 page supplement by Michael in The Mail On Sunday.

It talks of 800 per day on 2 Fasting days in stead of I guess the 600 for a man. So would b e 700 for a woman.

It says that Michael is about to make things easier by unveiling a new version of his Fast Diet. It will allow follower 800 cals over 3 meals.

Crucially he promises that with the new diet which will feature next week .. you’ll shift the pounds at almost the same rate.

He told Mail on Sunday that you don’t need to cut down to 600 calories . Cutting down to 800 a day seems to be almost as effective and for some people much more “doable”.

Anyway that’s the gist … Funny as in the past I have been s successful on 800 days.

Looking forward to it . Xx

    Hemmy…

Noticed it in SIL paper at the weekend, a small piece…it’s in this Saturdays paper must get it and have a read, I think it’s 800 for male and female. Steve said I was short changing him…lol

It would be nice to go a bit over and not be so strict…MFP you do your best but sometimes I think you go over, so 800 would give you that leeway…MM talks about only eating good calories…

Even on maintenance it would be easier ….if we ever get there…lol

Maybe this is the change.. something different we have all been looking for the last couple of weeks.

Maybe others needed a shakeup too. Lol

Sleep well and only good dreams. .. Xx

Good dreams…they better be good ones…🤣😅😅

How will 800 cals work then? Just on FDs??
And if thats 3 meals a day, wheres the fasting principle gone? Has it just become low cal diet??
