Hi – I am new to this and haven’t yet started but am working my way thru the book. One thing I wanted to ask (and this may be covered in the book so sorry if it is) is if the Fast Day is 24 hours (I guess?) – could it be started say Monday night at 7pm and finish at Tuesday @ 7pm.
Or does it have to be from when you get on Tuesday until Wednesday morning?

Also, I feel that I would manage better if I had a very simple meals planned for my fast days and I stuck to them for a few weeks to get me ‘going’. If anyone can recommend a very simple meal plan for a ‘newbie’ then I would love to hear from you. I plan to do my Fast Days during the week at work so need something that will travel well and I could heat in a microwave if necessary?
