  • How is the 500 calories distributed during the day? Is it necessary to wait until the evening and it them all in one go?

    As a type 2 diabetic i try to have 250 in the morning and 250 in the evening. on different posts people with different medical conditions split their calories into 3 small meals.

    Top tip! M&S kids meals and little dish meals all 200ish calories ! Easy to measure/control and psychologically feel like I’m having something proper!

    I do a high protein breakfast with black coffee (2 eggs whites and 2 bacon) as late in the morning as possible. 120 cal….then I drink a ton of fluids throughout the day and every time I feel hungry…then i typically have a 365 cal dinner and I am fine…that way i don’t even have to think about food most of the day!
