CAN YOU PUT LOADS MORE ANSWERS ON faqS PLEASE?
LIKE IF YOU ARE DOING EXCERCISE ON A FAST DAY-CAN YOU ADD THE CALS BURNED TO YOUR FAST DAY(1/4 tdee) ALLOWANCE?
The folks around here are pretty cagey. This plan is not prescriptive, so you figure out what works and do it. No where does it say you can eat more when you exercise.
By the way, the TDEE calculation includes exercise.

so if TDEE includes excercise and on fast days you need to use a quarter of your tdee (in terms of the calories)? does fast diet just always require “trial and errorr” and trying to be rational about errorss/weight gains as a learning experience?

Yes, davidrob I think this is pretty much what it mounts up to. Even TDEE is not an exact science, neither is BMI. When you put in your info into the TDEE tracker you choose what level of exercise you do – light – moderate – intensive. The 500kcals for women and 600kcals for men is just an average.
