  • Hi everyone! I’m Ana Luise, a nutrition enthusiast who’s experimented with various diets. The carnivore diet caught my attention recently, and I decided to give it a 30-day trial. Has anyone here had long-term success with it? I’d love to exchange experiences!

    My Current Meal Plan (Week 1):

    Morning:

    3 fried eggs in ghee

    3 slices of crispy pancetta

    Herbal tea

    Lunch:

    10oz (300g) NY strip steak

    1oz (30g) liver pâté

    Pink Himalayan salt

    Dinner:

    12oz (350g) pork chops with bone marrow

    2 tbsp butter sauce

    Sparkling water

    Why I’m Testing This:
    Eliminated my sugar cravings completely
    Surprisingly good energy levels (no afternoon crashes)
    Simplifies grocery shopping and meal prep

    Open Questions:
    • How do you handle social dining situations?
    • Any supplements you recommend?
    • Did your workout performance change?

    Would really appreciate insights from those who’ve done this for 3+ months!
