My Current Meal Plan (Week 1):
Morning:
3 fried eggs in ghee
3 slices of crispy pancetta
Herbal tea
Lunch:
10oz (300g) NY strip steak
1oz (30g) liver pâté
Pink Himalayan salt
Dinner:
12oz (350g) pork chops with bone marrow
2 tbsp butter sauce
Sparkling water
Why I’m Testing This:
Eliminated my sugar cravings completely
Surprisingly good energy levels (no afternoon crashes)
Simplifies grocery shopping and meal prep
