Could anyone tell me if they have lost a significant amount of weight on this diet who was originally suffering with bad knee joints. If so did they improve after losing weight please?

I have one bad knee and logic would say that if you lose weight the pressure on the knees should subside some. I don’t know about that part, but I do know in general my “creakiness” seems to have decreased a good bit since beginning 5:2. I’m at about Week 5 and I just don’t seem to be having the same aches and creaks as usual. Is this because of 5:2? Hard to say.
