  • Perhaps i’ve missed where its written but i have a newbie question.

If on a fast day like today i exercise does that mean i can eat the calories I’ve exercised off in addition to the 500? For example today i’ve eaten 499cal and exercised off 236cal meaning my net calories is 263cal. Does this mean i can eat the 263cal in addition to the 499cal or not?

    Thanks a lot!
