Hi everyone,
I am completely new to the 5:2 and dont know where to start. Any tips would be gratefully received:)

Would be grateful to hear from anyone who has lost more than 3 stone, how long it took them, and how easy or difficult it was.

I lost 2st 10lbs in the first 6 months – not quite 3 stone, but nearly. 8 years later I’m still doing 5:2 and the weight has stayed off.
