    I know you are beginning this healthier you journey. Monday was to be your 1st fast day but it was a false start so you fasted on Tuesday and again on Thursday. Tuesday went very well but Thursday made you feel bloated and heavy.

    Today’s weigh-in shows 2.2lbs lost, glad you didn’t give up? Excellent! You need to remember that things will slow down and even though its likely water lost, you’re on your way. Don’t screw this up!

    Only 17 weeks until your trip to visit family. Remember your niece? The one that said your husband was more attractive then you are? She may only have been 15 at the time but how can you be mad? She’s right, you know she’s right and now your focus is to make yourself healthier. Do it! Not for her but for you, your husband, and children.

    Also, you can sit back smugly next time you see her…you can’t say anything because you have to be an adult but you know…you’ll always know!

    Keep the faith and stay strong.
