Home made cooking in the main
Five a day fruit and veg as much as possible on fast and non fast days
Fast Day 1:
Breakfast 15gm cornflakes blueberries and skimmed milk
Fish stew dinner day one
Fast Day 2:
30gm cornflakes blueberries skimmed milk
Late lunch Spinach and bean soup x I tall cup ( Nutribullet )
Dinner : Small bowl left over fish stew , oat cake and rye crisp bread
Worried about health risks : heart, diabetes etc but equally want to just lose weight too
Started a 2 day back to back fast ( accidentally ) but good result so far – posted some info on this in another thread –
Looking to get down to 12 stone 7lbs which is where I can be in the ‘good ‘ BMI range for my height.
Using calorie counter ( nutracheck app ) which scans all food from all supermarkets I shop at scans barcodes etc –
Weight loss already 🙂
Breakfast today – stopped ‘early ‘ felt too full up – approx 573 calories 😳 But monitoring what I need and want for rest of the day and under the TDEE
Can anyone help me with tracker on this site ? And what the ‘goals measurements’ are ? Many thanks X
