Date of birth

Hi everyone. I’ve just registered and wondered if there was an easy way to enter a date if birth or do I have to go back forty odd years month by month through the calendar?

Do you mean in the ‘Tracker’? I was able to simply type my date of birth, however, I did so on a laptop. Maybe be different on a phone or tablet?
