I get bladder problems every time I fast. This is not infection, though it can be pretty sore. It starts on the evening of every fast day. I’m trying to keep going. Does anyone know what is causing it? Are ketones a bladder irritant for some people? Anyone found a solution? I’ve been drinking a lot (A LOT) of water, which I hoped and expected would prevent problems, but it only helps a bit.
