Day 11 of 43 Kick Start on OMD under 800 calories, 20 gr Carbs
Never hungry but having issues with my BFFs….they all booze and eat like crap. They said I was boring last night😠
I,m down 8lbs but 4 of that is water but 2# a week is my goal before the plateau hits. Then 3 weeks with zero pounds but hopefully lots of inches. Key to success is planning the night before with me. Also stopping snacks,,,,,really miss nuts, popcorn and WINE after work. OMD isn’t hard after the initial 4 days. Belly shrinks and no insulin spikes=no cravings!

You are doing well 8lbs is great you have nearly completed half of your target time Be Happy
Ignore your BFFs if they want to live an unhealthy lifestyle that s their choice. They are just in denial of all the health benefits you will get and secretly envy your will power.
