conquer tire and depression

  • it is true that you will feel tired for losing weight especially for those who already tried many times didn’t get succeed . then how to deal with the matter ? actually it is the most important time of weight losing . remember last time why you failed ? yes ,because you feel tired and depressed and didn’t want to continue ………

    actually the tired time just keeping a few days then it will become easier as long as you conquered. just do not be depressed and disappointed .they are our enemy when we are losing weight ! try to be happy . it will help you a lot .i don’t remember when i read a book that mentioned this . happy mood will help you to lose weight .
