  • I am a fasting starter. I have the confusion that calories have to be in one meal or spread across fast day? Please check the plan as below, which one is better? Thx a lot^_^

    Hi!
    Whichever one works for you is fine. Personally I eat one meal in the evening on fast days. During the day I drink water and herb teas. My only reservation is consecutive day fasts. I’d find that too restricting and couldn’t do it. I fast on Monday and Thursday, if convenient, but am very flexible. I’ve reached my goal weight but still fast one or two days per week.

    Thx a lot, Onahealthyhigh. Would you mind sharing your weight of before and after? How long you fast? And do you have exercise on the fast day?

    Hi everyone, I saw my Dr today n she told me if I don’t loose weight I’m going to get very very sick, she told me about the 5:2 diet. I didn’t really knw wht tht was but now I knw, I wnt to start this diet ASAP but only problem is I don’t knw how. I don’t knw wht to eat n wht not to eat, like for breakfast or lunch or dinner. As I’ve read all u wonderful ladies hv lost weight can u plz guide me, I really really need all the help I can get. I don’t knw wht to eat n not to eat. Plz help.
