Someone suggested that a thread for calorie values might be a good thing so here we are. I’ve done it in alphabetical groups so it doesn’t get too difficult to find things.

The name of the item – and whether raw or cooked … the weight (e.g. 100g) … the calorie value … other details such as carbs/protein/fats/sodium/etc
