Brand new to this

  • Hi all

    I’ve just started today and I’m really hopeful I’ll be able to achieve some weight loss. I’m 53 in a couple of months, menopausal, don’t drink or smoke anymore and so food has become a safe haven. Unfortunately, I look like a baby elephant. I’ve been attending a gym for over a year and so I’ve improved my physical fitness but not lost weight. Now I’m more used to the idea of exercise, I really want to tackle the weight issue. Anyone else out there with similar issues?
