I love grapefruit,but as I take blood pressure tablets,they are not recommended.I read an article by Dr.Michael Moseley I think it was in the Mail,about using blood oranges instead,as they have that similar taste. I finally located some blood orange juice at M&S and reasonably priced.Two questions ,does anyone know where else you can buy them? The season I’m told for fresh blood oranges is the winter is this correct?
And finally I would like to thank Dr. Moseley for recommending Blood Oranges in the first place.
PS I do the 5.2 diet.
