Looking foward with apprehension and excitement to my first fast tomorrow. This is a great life change. Having read the other forums ure great inspiration. Heres to my journey.

Well first fast day over,it hasnt been too bad. I have been a little hungery and had a headache. Onward and downward (weight that is) and great health.
