Hi, I am interested to gauge opinion about 1:1 dieting and if anyone has tried this approach?
That’s called ADF = Alternate Day Fasting. It is popular among some, but I like 5:2 better because it fits my lifestyle. If you watched Michael Mosley’s TV special, ADF was the 2nd version of Fasting that he investigated. If you haven’t seen the special, I recommend watching it.
Thank you for the reply. I have viewed the tv program, but did not know it was called ADF!
Do you know any facts or details about ADF?
