I just started the diet two weeks ago, mainly because I want to see if this will get my hormones back in balance. I’ve been suffering from PCOS since my teens (am now 41), and I have been taking high blood sugar medicines for about 5 years.

I’m overweight, and have never been able to shed the weight before. I’m very interested in hearing the experiences of other PCOS sufferers with this diet…
