Hi, I have ADHD and although I don’t have too much trouble with the 5:2 , But I do have trouble keeping focused for the long term.
I’ve done so many diet regimes, bought books, and I’ve failed at them all. This is my second time at trying the 5:2. The first time I managed to lose half a stone before I lost interest. I didn’t know I had ADHA then and I’d always blamed myself for being weak willed, no will power, stupid and feckless.
Last week I had a wobbly week and I didn’t fast , tomorrow I will start again
So this time around I’m going to be kinder to myself, reminding myself that I am neurodivergent and if I fail I can get back on track.
Is anybody else have the same situation as me?
