    Hi guys,
    I wasn’t too sure where to put this post but as I start Tuesday i’ll treat this as a newbie question.
    Is there any one out there who went straight into ADF? I’m keen on it but I didn’t know if it was recommended not to jump
    straight into it?

    Hiya @fasting_me
    I’ve got 3 stone to lose (well just under). I’ve spent most of today reading as many posts in the forums as possible but I couldn’t see too much on ADF.
    How have you done so far? x
