    May I suggest that we all define acronyms the first time we use them in a post, even if they have been defined earlier in the thread? So far this morning I’ve seen “PCOS” “LCHF” “ME/CFS, none of which ring a bell with me. I’m sure it would be helpful to new folks also. Just a suggestion. Thanks.

    Makes perfect sense to define abbreviations or terms likely to be unfamiliar, the first time they are used. How often the definitions should be repeated is a matter of judgment. Without context, the abbreviations you give as examples look difficult. ME/CFS is presumably myalgic encephalopathy/chronic fatigue syndrome.
