Abnormal weight loss.

  • I have just finished my second week. I started at 210 lbs. Male aged 67. After the first week I dropped to 201 lbs. I felt un-normal. I know I had checked and double checked my starting weight. During the start of the second week my weight went up to 204 lbs. Now at the start of my third week I’m 201 lbs again. I’m over the moon.
    I find fast days easy. I only eat 8 almonds for breakfast. Then lunch is home made soup with a little sprinkling of feta cheese or steamed broccoli or a little fish.
    In the evening yogurt with fruit.I have lost 1 inch of my hips and waist.
    I exercise 5 minutes running on the spot with 3 x 15 second sprints on the spot, 3 times a week. I do a little upper body work out with a rubber band and do press ups. My press ups are rated as superior for my age. My son has lost 30 lb in 20 weeks.

    I do. I’m surprised how much work I can do in the garden, without a breakfast. Took my belt in a notch this morning. It was a great feeling!
