  • So i started 5:2 last friday 133lbs (am 5’5) and i fasted fri/sat. Then ate sensibly but healthily the rest of the week and kept my regular intensive exercise regime. Then fasted wed/thurs. And weighed myself this morning and i am down to 126lbs (9st) I am so happy! Only another 7lbs to reach my goal! I expect the rate of loss will slow down, but that doesnt bother me as 9st is normally my happy weight and i am enjoying the 5:2 benefits, being healthy and I finally feel in control of my weight/eating 🙂
