  • I was petrified to get on the scales this morning, since, although I did 3 perfect fasts this week, I was really bloated! Then I remembered that I have been constipated for a few days (my meds sometimes do that).

    But I did, and bingo! Down another 1.8 lbs! So I think this is definitely not a fluke! I have NEVER seen results like this, ever! And I stopped going to the gym and killing myself in aerobics. I just do 15 minutes of HIIT a few times a week.

    I did also start using the Leptin diet guidelines. So that has helped. But I also ate my favorite chocolate peanut butter honey treat twice this week, and had a refeed day last Saturday. I am hooked on this lifestyle!
