I was thinking about switching from 5:2 to 4:3. Has anyone tried this. Is it working? Can you provide any feedback.

I started on alternate day fasting on October the 1st where I consume between zero and 100 calories on fast days as a means to hit the ground running when I eventually go on to 5:2 (which will probably be in December).
I measure neither calories nor weight and simply gauge success by looking in the mirror. So far so good! The results on my beer belly are clearly visible and I feel very motivated to continue.
Fast days can be a little miserable but in the grand scheme of things nothing to moan about. Smug satisfaction trumps mild hunger every time. On my feast days I never feel as hungry or eat as much as I think I’m going to.
All in all, highly recommended.
Not 4:3, I know, but it is once a fortnight. ?
