  • I’m starting my third week. I’ve kept track of weight and body flat daily. I’m 5:2 using mon and Thursday.

    I’m 3 lbs down from my starting weight although the numbers have fluctuated day to day.

    So far I find 5:2 easy enough to maintain. I’m hoping to lose another 20.

    I find that my weight fluctuates so much over 24hrs that I’m better off weighing after each FD, at same time. Might be a female thing… But daily measurements should give you a lot of information. Do you log inches lost too?

    That’s a great tip. I’m sure measurements would be a more telling result.

    Thanks for the motivation. I am on my second week or third fast, and I’m constantly going up and down. I’m trying to find that “true weight number.” Any tips on when to weigh?
