Have been doing 5:2 for 21 days now and have been pleasantly surprised with how willpower builds up over time 😉
Lost 10.5lbs already, but have also upped my activity level as was sloth-like and at 279lbs that wasn’t a recipe for success…
Finally bought the book today and found this forum, so might actually find out more real information

I agree with the willpower thing. I was able to shop at a supermarket tonight, on a fast day, with hunger pains, and yet I only bought what I went in for and was able to completely resist buying treats and anything else that might interfere with my fast!
Well done on your weight loss, that’s a fab result in just 21 days!!!
