Hi everybody! Been readig through people’s posts since I started the diet last week, and have found other folks stories and points of view really helpful and interesting… Hopefully I can provide the same encouragement for others too!
So as the title may suggest, I’m 5lb down after my 4th fast day, I’m 5’3″, 27, female, and started at 10st, am down to 9st9lb and hoping to reach 9st.
I am a runner anyway but have made sure to run on at least 1 fast day, usually about 7 miles.
Also, I have been fasting on consecutive days, Monday and Tuesday, as I like to get it over and done with at the beginning of the week!
Off to put my 2-pence in at other conversations I have been reading!
