I can only dream about being able to afford that surgery, but I always understood that augmentation is making them fuller (so they don’t droop so much), and lift is just cutting at the top and bringing the mass back up (like my plastic surgeon friend says, “so they aren’t pointing at your knees”). Can he do a little of both? Seems to me that making them bigger would just make them more obvious and still point south! Unless they just add at the bottom.
