Tdee too high?

  • Hi everyone just starting the diet,done. 2 fast days last week and settling from this week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Fast days havent been too bad,zero noodles with prawns and soups and not struggling too much. Im 68.2 kg( got new scales this morn old one was very temperamental) and want to get to 60 kg. Thing thats confusing me though is that my tdee
    is coming around 2000 a day as i work out at least 3x a week but I find this too much . Do I have to eat up to my tdee or could I do say 1300 which is around my Bmr. Been struggling to lose this weight for a while so just checking Im doing it right
