I I’ve been on my diet for a week and lost 7 pounds hurray.

Well done guys!
I’ve lost 14.5lbs in 5 weeks. I’ve not given up alcohol and had a couple of food treats, I would lose double if I hadn’t but for me it’s about balance. Gaining control and power over food and the need for food when I am not actually hungry is very empowering and makes me feel I can really do this! I don’t want a life devoid of the odd food treat or alcohol because I love my Saturday nights out. My way I can have both and still lose weight pretty rapidly.
A stone in a month for me is fantastic! And still to be so excited about fasting after 5 weeks is brilliant. So many other restrictive ways of losing weight are so difficult to stick at. I only pray that I keep this frame of mind on weeks I am not as successful.
