TDEE …. keep below

  • Oops – put on a pound today. A little disappointed but on reflection yesterday I did eat loads and I think it is more the fact that my husband has lost a pound without even trying!!

    Also I have just checked my calories for yesterday (and I know I shouldn’t) but more out of curiosity. This actually shows I ate 2015 calories with my TDEE being 1734!!

    Oh well at least this time I will not give up and will put it down to experience. I may not like the scales this week, but I am definite my stomach is not as bloated (even my daughter said so!), my jeans are comfortable and I feel slimmer! 🙂

    Yes, I agree it’s really important to stick to the TDEE on non-fast days. I’ve actually felt quite hungry on non-fast days (I’ve only fasted four times so far so maybe this will change) and have to really watch my intake on those days.
