3 weeks ago I started with the 5:2 method. But I have a question about sweeteners.
On fasting days I like to drink tea. I tried stevia, to sweeten my tea, but I don’t like the taste ofit. When you use sweeteners, like aspartame, or other 0 cal., do they have influence on your fastening? Do they activate you pancreas in releasing insulin. Do they make you hungry for suchars?
If so, what are the alternatives to sweeten your drinks?
And it’s true. It’s an easy way to change habits. Only 2 days a week fastening and the other days you can almost eat anything. After 3 months I want to see my blood results. For the moment they are high on Cholesterol and ureum. Let’s wait and see.
