Hello:
I’ve just joined and I am on my 2nd Fast Day. Not sure why, but I’ve selected Tuesdays and Thursdays to fast, leaving me the weekend to live life and eat normally.

Hi Ella…I fast on Monday and Thursday…If you want to follow the community facebook page I set up….no selling anything or anything weird..I just found that it is a more immediate way to get support, share information etc…Good luck!
